Data Donkey builds exclusively on Meta’s official WhatsApp Cloud API with direct webhook callbacks. Account verification is subject to Meta's review, and service availability depends on provider SLAs and agreed support terms.

How does the engine prevent hallucinations and rogue advice?

This demonstration illustrates intended qualification and human-handover behaviour. For a commissioned system, validation, routing rules and escalation targets are agreed and tested. AI responses can still be incomplete or incorrect; validation does not guarantee factual accuracy or detect every unsafe request.

How is UK GDPR handled with incoming customer messages?

The demo uses fictional messages held in browser memory. For a commissioned system, we agree the data collected, provider access, storage, retention and deletion rules before implementation. These controls need to be assessed and tested for the actual workflow; this simulation does not certify GDPR compliance.

Can this integrate with our bespoke internal systems?
